We simply raised an objection that goes to the roots of the ability to enjoy proceedings that will appear fair to all parties. My objection was premised on the non-derogable right to a fair hearing. The Counsel has addressed you that the deponent of that affidavit, Mr. Njomo, was responding to the Deputy President's response.
