    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to make the following Ministerial Statement regarding the Public Service Commission (PSC) following the contribution by hon. Martha Karua, the Member for Gichugu. On 27th May, 2009, she singled out the PSC as a body that does not believe that, alongside other institutions, it needs reforms. She said that the PSC has continued to encourage corruption and nepotism in appointments and has refused to embrace reforms almost ten years since the reform mood came into this country."
