    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, and hon. Senators, this is a letter from Kisilu Wandati and Company Advocates to the Director General of the Kenya Wildlife Service. The opening sentence reads as follows- “We act for a party (our client), who is interested in taking on an assignment of lease of the Treetops Hotel Lodge, as defined in the lease agreement dated 31st December, 1998 between yourselves and the Aberdare Safari Lodges Limited, the Leasee.
