Taking all the circumstances into account, therefore, and doing the best I can to fairly and justly exercise the discretion vested in me by Standing Order No.98, I decline to name the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance. Finally, Hon. Members, I wish to put all Ministers on notice that the House is keeping track of requests for Statements by members and undertakings made in the House. I direct that the statement in question be made on Wednesday, the 17th June, 2009."
