    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Joint Committee on Social Affairs and the Environment discussed a number of issues. The two main issues that were discussed concerned the social and environmental consequences of climate change in the ACP countries, knowing that most of those countries are developing. These countries still require wood fuel as well as fuel from petroleum products while the developed world is supposed to be moving towards reducing pollution of the atmosphere. That also generated a very lively debate. I will be talking about climate change a little later."
