    "content": "1. Intervenes on behalf of the operators and urgently addresses the issues surrounding the compensation of valid accident claims by the aforementioned insurance companies; 2. Recommends that the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) formulates and enforces standards of conduct for insurance companies; 3. Recommends that IRA compels insurance companies to honour all pending claims to protect the public transport industry, considering the vital role that the public transport sector plays in revenue generation in the country; and, 4. Makes any other recommendation or action it deems fit in addressing the plight of the Petitioners. And your Petitioners will forever pray."
