No NPRs have been added apart from those that were there before. The other thing that makes me a little bit disturbed is the fact that the killings took place four or five months ago and, up to date, they have still not found out the real reason for that. They are still saying that the investigations are ongoing. Can we be given the right time when that investigation will be concluded and the people who killed those ladies brought to book? If investigations continue forever, then it means that they cannot get justice because ‘justice delayed is justice denied’. He has said that the population of the Turkana increased in this area and in 1997, they were given a sub- location.
