You have also heard the hon. Member say that, in fact, the seller in the agreement acknowledged receipt of Kshs110 million while the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government has told us that he paid Kshs283 million. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, while in support of your consideration to have this matter investigated further, the variance is too big for us to leave it casually. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government should take time and look at the documents. The matter should be referred to the relevant Departmental Committee of this House."
