    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. At the outset, I rise to reject the proposal by the Senate to increase the share on revenue allocations. As much as this House respects and promotes devolution, it is important to note that for every expenditure, it must be accompanied by revenue. The way it is at the moment, revenues have gone down because of what happened in June this year – the rejection of the Finance Bill, 2024."
