    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to also contribute to this Motion. It is one thing to have a revenue estimate and another to realise that revenue. It is a known fact that the revenue level was reduced as a result of the rejection of the Finance Bill, 2024. Therefore, if the national Government is reducing its revenue level, the county governments should do likewise and reduce the projected level of revenue that they expect to be transferred to them."
