    "content": "when the Government is unable to raise resources. However, appreciate the efforts the Government is making. Even yesterday, there was a decrease in prices of fuel products. They tried to lower the fuel prices. That means there is goodwill. The national Government is making efforts where it can do something. Therefore, I request our devolved counterparts to innovate ways and means of raising revenue locally and, at the same time, prioritise areas they want to make functional with the limited resources that are given to them by the national Government. They should not forget the healthcare system and water because these are very necessary functions for the citizenry's development. With those remarks, I support the Report of the Committee."
