"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. We are discussing a very important matter of asbestos. We have it at the centre of a town in my constituency. We also have discharged toxic substances into our rivers. I do not think we are powerless as a House. We should, as a House, take action because the law was passed in this House. It is an issue of enforcement. From where you sit, you just need to instruct the concerned authorities to enforce the law so that we do not expose our people to health problems. This House must act to ensure that the law is enforced."
