(Dr) Pukose will take judicial notice of the fact that my first girlfriend hailed from Nandi County and I found their village very remote when I was visiting that area then. I also want to inform him that I was privileged to attend school in a remote area of Nandi called Kapsabet. I know when I say this. The school is great, but it is found in some remote area in Nandi County. With all fairness, Nandi is a great county, but we agree it is not a city. 3.
