    "content": "I wish to add my voice to this very important Bill. If we fast-track it, it will go a long way toward helping our hospitals manage various diseases. Community health workers should be the first contact persons to identify various ailments before patients seek treatment in hospitals. This is because they can go to the villages more, enabling them to know who is suffering and from what. It is important to note that these health workers have been offering their services at a minimal cost. At the moment, they are paid Ksh2,500. If we can improve this kitty, the Government will stand advantaged, and as we always say, prevention is better than cure.
