    "content": "counties where sugar is produced in a prorated manner based on the levels of contribution from various regions so that we may attend to the key needs of infrastructural improvement. We specifically said the money is for infrastructural improvement because we would like roads and bridges improved. If you say road improvement, other infrastructure may not benefit. The final thing I would like to say is that this Bill seeks to basically harness the entire industry. It looks at the industry from pre-production all the way to the table. It seeks to curb the importation of sugar, how to produce sugar in this country and even sell it in the region. The Bill takes all aspects into consideration. Therefore, we believe we have mediated a very good legislation for this country. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I second."
