    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I have zeroed in on just three issues. I said that when it was held by the Sugar Board, 15 per cent was given to help the industries to develop road networks to deliver sugarcane harvests. However, equipment that was bought never benefited the workers. We hope that they will be serious this time round. We will ensure that this serves the interest of the farmers. Otherwise, I support the Mediated Bill as constituted by the Committee. Thank you."
