    "content": " For the record, I will ask the National Assembly to officially rest their matter to allow you to usher in your witness. Once your witness takes the stand, you will have two hours to present your case. The National Assembly will have one and a half hours for purposes of cross-examination. Thereafter, Senators will have one hour to seek clarifications or ask questions. Once that is done, the Counsel for the National Assembly will have one hour to make closing remarks. Likewise, the team of the Deputy President will be given one hour to make his closing remarks. Once that is done, the Senate will have a closed session as per our Rules of Procedure. That is the programme for this afternoon."
