    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, briefly, I will wrap up the National Assembly's submissions. I will endeavour not to repeat what has already been captured on the record. I have agonised and reflected on the place of impeachment proceedings, not just in our country, but across the world and in other democracies. I have had occasion to look at the history, particularly of the United States of America, from the days of Andrew Johnson in 1868 to Richard Nixon in 1974, Bill Clinton in 1998, and Donald Trump in 2019.
