    "content": "I would like to speak from the Floor. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity to oppose this Motion. I stand to oppose and I will start from where I left by saying that, children deserve the most honest and thoughtful answers. Allow me, when I give my point, to talk to my children and the children of patriots of this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, cutting off the neck does not cure headache.
