    "content": "on 15th July 2024, Mr. Pasgalis Kosgei of ID No. 26289458, the Chairman of the Nandi Hills Boda Boda Association, was kidnapped in Kerengwet Village, Nandi Hills Constituency. He was tortured for six hours before being dumped unconscious and naked in a tea plantation miles away from his home.
