    "content": " I think this is a hot issue in the country. Youngsters do not have anything. They live with their parents. They are told that to get an identification card, they must pay for it. I think it is something that we have not yet reached that stage, even as a country. Yes, in developed countries, youngsters start working as early as 15 years old and have some income.
