    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to commend Hon. (Dr) Pukose, the Chairperson, and the Members who have raised this particular issue. It is a very pertinent issue. As the rule requires, mid-level colleges and university students in the Republic should get loans and scholarships through the Higher Education Loans Board and the University Funding Board. I will fast-track this particular issue and respond immediately when we return from recess because it is a very important item that we need to dispense with very fast. Thank you, Hon.
