    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to speak. I send condolences to the family of Hon. Beatrice Nkatha Nyaga from my myself, family and Nairobi City County. It is, indeed, a sad moment when you hear that somebody you knew has passed on. With the nature of life, we served in the 12th Parliament together. We have not seen her for a while, but I remember we met once during campaigns. Even if she was in United Democratic Alliance (UDA) and I was in Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), we still exchanged pleasantries like sisters. I met her again recently when she was appointed the CAS for the National Treasury. She was very happy. She was also very happy because I had made it to serve the second term. She was such a lovely human being. She was a beautiful soul. She had no inhibitions. At the same time, she had no hard feelings for anyone.
