The explanation is that in the Bill, we had used the terminology “conduct risk management”, appearing immediately after the words “the Comptroller may”, and substituting the words “advice on the appropriate risk management measures”. We have adopted the words from the Senate because they are more encompassing and represent the entire spectrum of risk management. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman."
