Over four weeks ago, I requested a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Foreign Affairs regarding the two Kenyan citizens who were held against their will in Lebanon. I remember that last week when I asked for that Ministerial Statement, the Chair ruled that the Minister would bring it today. Mr. Kimunya then requested that because of this issue of Somalia, they be given two weeks, which is today. Would I be in order to request that, that Statement be given as promised today? If not, probably, this afternoon?"
