    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what my learned friend has raised is very important. The penalty now available is a fine of only Kshs100,000 even in cases where an auctioneer has committed an offence whose value actually exceeds that amount of money. So, this is the right time to look at these laws. I would like to inform the House that we are not only looking at issues to do with penalties, but also the composition of the board. This is because some of the hon.Members are in the board of auctioneers. So, we will look at the Auctioneers Act holistically, so that we can have a better law that will make Kenyans enjoy the services of auctioneers."
