    "content": "Mr Lucky Kalemba Rimba, a son of the deceased Mr Kea Rimba Gona, filed an application dated 6th August 2024 before the court for determination seeking the following principal orders: 1. An order of temporary injunction restraining Mahmoud Abdulahi Mohamed and his agents from stopping and/or preventing the burial of the remains of Kea Rimba Gona pending the hearing and determination of the application. 2. An order of temporary injunction restraining Mahmoud Abdulahi Mohamed and his agents from stopping and preventing the burial. 3. An order compelling Mahmoud Abdulahi Mohamed and his agents to open and create a passage through the wall for the entrance and exits of the applicants and others intending to enter or visit their homestead.
