"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to make a Statement regarding the demise of the former Member of Parliament for Bonchari Constituency, Hon Zebedeo Opore. Hon. Temporary Speaker, pursuant to the Provision of Standing Order 25(9d)(2a) I rise to pay tribute to the former Member of Parliament for Bonchari Constituency, the late Zebedeo John Opore, who passed away this morning at the age of 77 years. The late Hon. John Opore was born on 8th January 1947. He pursued higher education with great dedication, obtaining a degree in economics from the University of Nairobi and later, a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Bradford in the UK in 1982. The late Hon. Opore began his illustrious political career in 1997 when he was first elected to represent the people of Bonchari in the National Assembly, on a Ford People ticket.
