Mr. Speaker, Sir, you cannot allow that to remain on record. On discussing a colleague, provisions are clearly provided for in our Standing Orders. If Sen. (Dr.) Boni Khalwale wanted to discuss the conduct of Sen. Jackson Mandago, it is provided for in our Standing Orders. Mr. Speaker, Sir, why are you allowing this to be a marketplace, where I can rise and begin to discuss anybody, including your conduct? That is not right."
