    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to appreciate the impressive answer given by the Minister. I recognize her contribution on the new status of Lari District. I would like to request the Minister to consider the fact that Lari District has a population of about 200,000 people. Most of the people in my constituency are not able to transport bodies to Tigoni Hospital. Even when they try to take some to Githunguri, it also becomes very difficult. In the circumstances, could she reconsider her position by way of giving a very humane consideration to this very important matter?"
