    "content": "Again, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a statement from the Standing Committee of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, regarding the distribution of donated fertilizer by the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB). In the Statement, the Committee should: (1) State the quantity of all consignment of fertilizers donated to Kenya from 2020 to date, disclosing the donors as well as the origin of the consignment. (2) Provide details on how each consignment of donated fertilizers were distributed to farmers across the country and where it was sold to farmers, specify the price."
