    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, my third Statement is again on the importation of fertilizer by the NCPB. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries regarding the importation of fertilizer by the NCPB. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) State the quantity and price per kilogramme of all consignment of fertilizer imported through the NCPB from the year 2020 to date. (2) Clarify whether NCPB floated competitive tenders for the supply of fertilizer during the aforementioned period and disclose the companies that applied for the tenders and their respective bid amounts.
