    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The matter that I would like to raise pertains to the numbers of the teachers that he has stated in terms of qualifications and their allocations. One of the most controversial issues which I bring to his attention because he has just come in, is the fact that if you look at all our 47 counties, we do not have any list or data which can explain the total number of teachers that have been employed in every county, yet one of the responsibilities of this House is to protect the counties. Would it be possible that the Cabinet Secretary is in possession of that list, and if necessary, it gets posted in their portal, so that Kenyans can see the distribution, whether it is gender-based, has people with disability and the general public distribution of these teachers within our Republic?"
