Sometime back, a student at St. Albert's, Ulanda Girls, then, called Quinta Amondi, was shot by a stray bullet from a prison warden and lost half of her face and half of the eye. This affected the learning process of the student. However, up to date, the student is yet to get compensation. What would you say about that and what follow-up would you make?"
