    "content": "Tharaka Nithi County has a quality assurance and standards officers in all its seven sub-counties. This is the standard staffing level for quality assurance and standard officers. All these officers have also been capacity built and inducted in the ongoing education reforms and are executing their mandates within their respective sub-counties. Part (b) of the question, the Ministry dispatched three Isuzu DMax Double Cabin vehicles to Tharaka Nithi County in November 2023. An additional vehicle was dispatched to the county this October.
