    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This area of bursaries is a very grey area and I am happy that we will be discussing this later in the afternoon. However, the Cabinet Secretary is here; I want to know from him whether the Presidential Bursary Scheme for orphans and vulnerable students is still operational and who benefits from it. I ask that question because we read some of these things on newspapers. I would wish after this because he may not have that data, if he could give us a list of students per county who have benefited from that Presidential Bursary Scheme."
