    "content": "When we ask, since we do not have teachers in places, like Wajir and Mandera, Garissa, we have been relying on the teachers being employed by the parents and the board of management. My question is this: Can you come up with a policy so that at least we can be able to fill the gap? You train those people on the new curriculums so that they can catch up and teach the students. The TSC only takes instruction from the Ministry of Education. So, please, come up with a policy because the TSC cannot employ each and everybody. The teachers are there, the parents have employed them, but they are not trained."
