    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. As I have already indicated, we are well on track towards completing the 16,000 classrooms required for Grade 9. On textbooks, the Ministry through the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) has already commenced countrywide distribution of materials in readiness for Grade 9. May I conclude by assuring this honourable House that we are taking all steps possible to mitigate any risks that may affect the transition to Grade 9.
