    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am pleased to support and speak highly of these amendments being proposed by the distinguished Senator of Garissa. Tree planting should not be an exercise where people are forced to do it. Tree planting is something that all of us must make it a culture, that on a daily basis, when you have an opportunity to do so, you plant a tree. As I stand here, I pride myself as one of the few Kenyans who have planted millions of trees in a big forest in Narok County. A few years ago, I introduced aerial seeding in this country. I am happy that later, the Government of Kenya also followed suit, hired the same aircraft I had hired and planted millions of other trees. This is the only time that we can say that we are proud of our culture and country."
