"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I have heard the response from the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Affairs. I want to report to this House that I do not believe or trust the information that the Member has given to be factual. We have always said that the answers we get from the ministries and departments are drawn from their computer desktops and nothing reported is based on what is happening on the ground. This is because one of the victims that we are talking about, Mohammed Abdullahi Hire, was found the day after I requested for the Statement. The response that we have received this morning claims that he is still missing! That just shows that this investigation or response is not a reflection of what is happening on the ground.
