    "content": "As much as this Motion proposes that we bring all the money together and get free education, it will not be free because we know the person who will distribute it will be biased. If you look at the water sector, certain regions of the country receive a lot of money for water while others do not have any water. Look at roads. Certain corners of this country receive a lot of money for roads while others do not get funding.
