    "content": "At the outset, I support this Motion because it is very relevant. We have very bright brains in this country. We have boys, girls, ladies and gentlemen who can create a lot given an opportunity. Mostly what they lack is infrastructure to do great things. I support this Motion and as a Government and country, we need to think of the future and establish these museums so that our young people can do great things in technology. Research and modern science are the ways to go as at now. Without such museums, we will be seeing and talking about them on paper. For example, in my area, we have been struggling to establish a miraa research centre and funds were set aside for it. If the centre was to be working right now, we could have known a lot on how to assist our farmers and traders in improving their cash flow. We have countries that are coming up and doing great in innovations because their states have been assisting them. We need to follow suit so that our country can move forward in developing. Right now, everything is technology. If we do not put structures in place to assist in building these technologies, we will not be at par with the rest of the world. That is why I support this Motion. I really encourage our country and Government to establish science museums so that our country can grow and compete with the rest of the world. Thank you, Hon.
