    "content": "innovation can be placed there. Having a budget in the ministry for the same will encourage and motivate them to grow. The CBC is giving students pathways as we move with it. They will divert to different pathways when they move to Grade 9. They will showcase their talents there. We cannot do this theoretically. We can only achieve technology, innovation and economic growth, by investing in the science museum. We should not leave this as a Motion. Let us move ahead and push the Government to establish a ministry of science and innovation. This way, we can stop contending to be referred to as a Third World country and move to a level of the developed countries."
