We are in the Committee of the whole House to continue with the consideration of the Kenya Drugs Authority Bill (National Assembly Bill No.54 of 2022). The Bill has been dealt with up to Clause 54. Therefore, we shall begin with Clause 55. It had gone for winnowing as per the instructions we were given by the then Speaker. I am sure that many concessions have been agreed upon amongst the Chairperson and the Members who had amendments and, therefore, this should pave way for us to move much faster than we were moving when it first came up for consideration. Let us proceed."
