Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 64 of the Bill be amended by― (a) deleting the phrase “a medicine, drug, appliance or article” and substituting therefor the phrase “health product or technology”; and, (b) deleting the phrase “drug, appliance or article” and substituting therefor the phrase “health product or technology”. This is to harmonise the terms used with the Title of the Bill."
