Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 69 of the Bill be amended by (a) deleting the word “article” and substituting therefor the words “health product or technology”; and (b) deleting the word “articles” and substituting therefor the words “health products and technologies”. This is to harmonise the terms used in the Bill with the title of the Bill as proposed for amendment."
