Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 71 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the marginal note by deleting the phrase “medicines or medical devices” and substituting therefore the phrase \"health products and technologies\" and (b) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the phrase “or homoeopathic medicine, preparation or medical device” and substituting therefore the phrase “health products and technologies”. This is to harmonise the terms used in the Bill with the title of the Bill as proposed for amendment."
