In (a) to harmonise the terms used in the Bill with the title of the Bill as proposed for amendment, and in (b), to make a provision for supply of health products and technologies during emergency situations. The amendment also seeks to ensure that supply of health products and technologies can only be undertaken by registered pharmacists."
