"content": " Relevance and using disparaging language in Parliament should not be entertained. The people of Soy can never queue for a loaf of bread. They are decent hardworking worthy people. Even in Christmas season, they slaughter bulls and eat well. Probably, Hon. Wanjala was talking about soya beans or something else. The things that Hon. Wanjala take sometimes make him say such things. We need to gag him. He needs to apologise and withdraw that disparaging remark on the people of Soy."
