    "content": " I want to finish by saying this. When you present this Report and give it two or three years to correct the imbalance, what are you saying? Are you saying that you are going to correct the imbalance by sacking people or by adding people? How will you achieve this? Do you want to sack people of a certain tribe and replace them to create diversity or are you going to add the people to create a balance? I would like to see and hear how you will do that, so that we know how to move forward after the presentation of this Report. But it will just be like any other report if it does not show us how. Hon. Chairman, how do you want us to correct the imbalance? We speak about certain things here, but I want to see the Port management and everybody who is represented in management so that we have the face of Kenya. When the Kenya Ports Authority Board of Management sits, I want to see a balance. I want to come to this Parliament and I see the face of Kenya in the staff of Parliament. I want to see the face of Kenya in KNEC. I want to see the face of Kenya in The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
